Employing Centrifuges Within Industrial Processes

Introduction of Latex Centrifuge Separator

Latex Centrifuge Separator is a machine widely used in the industries for Latex extraction. The centrifuge is used for the separation of solid to solid, solid to liquid and liquid to liquid materials. It is also used widely used in biological processes like cell harvesting and clarifying to separations of chemicals and other pharmaceuticals products.

Working

it works by pouring fluid mixtures that are fed into the bottom of the rapidly rotating separating chamber Solids are retained, while liquid components are expelled from the top of the chamber, then the retained solids is dried and densely packed by Tubular Bowl Centrifuge.

How Separation Works

The most challenging part of Latex Centrifuge Separator is the separation of particles into very small size in such applications and tasks no other technology can come close to Latex Centrifuge Separator. After separation of the liquid from the particles, the lighter liquid gets near the center of the bowl, and the heavier liquid forms the outside layer. Both the lighter liquid and heavier liquid flow out from their respective outlets. After the separation is done, the plantation milk, also known as “field latex”, containing around 30 percent latex, now increases to 60 percent latex. After the stabilizing additives being added to the mixture, it is then sold as a commercially available latex in the market.
